Morning writing workshop with Steph Parkyn.  Welcome BBQ to be hosted by Gavin and Leanne Jeffcoat from Hike & Bike Northern Coromandel.  Get to know one another and share some writing goals!

Sunday 10th May 2026

Free day for own writing and optional gatherings.

Monday 11th May 2026 - Little Bay

Nature writing in Little Bay and Poetry Corner (morning).

Tuesday 12th May 2026

Free day for own writing and optional gatherings.

Wednesday 13th May 2026

Full-day excursion with Hike & Bike Northern Coromandel. Destination Port Jackson/Fletcher Bay by bus and onto the Coromandel Coastal Walkway. Time for lunch/walking/journalling and an optional cycle home via the very scenic Port Jackson Road.  Click here for details.

Free day for own writing and optional gatherings.

Friday 15th May 2026

Depart your accommodation by 11 am.  Farewell brunch at Hereford ‘n a Pickle Cafe, 2318 Colville Road, Colville.  Connect and review your writing week!

We aim to provide a unique experience in Northern Coromandel, a place of bushclad slopes, beautiful beaches and vistas across farmland and Tikapa Moana. Our separate accommodation in holiday homes, writer gatherings, and optional experiences will provide a mix of private working time and opportunities for connection.
